With the motto of actively making innovations and challenging oneself, JRM’s technical staff have created many brilliance with over 40 years of efforts.

JRM has drawn up multiple national equipment standards, such as the standards for JT/T270-2002 batch asphalt mixing plant and standards for JT/T3167-93 snow remover, etc. JRM has won 4 national invention patents, 5 utility model patents and 8 science and technology progress prizes of provincial level. JRM has successfully completed the national hi-tech industry demonstration project for large tonnage batch asphalt mixing plant and became the executive member of China Road Machinery Industry Federation. Since 1983, JRM has independently developed a series of snow remover, ice remover, emulsified asphalt equipment, LHB10-150 continuous asphalt mixing equipment, etc. The LHB150 is the largest asphalt mixing equipment in 1980s-1990s in China, and after that, JRM successively developed more than 40 kinds of road construction and maintenance machinery products in 7 categories, such as LB1000-LB6000 asphalt mixing plant , ZJ1000-4000 recycling asphalt mixing plant, WBM300-600 soil stabilizer HZS90-180 concrete mixing plant, etc. JRM has participated in multiple key projects like the high-grade highways for the National Highway System and round city expressways for Beijing Olympic Games 2008, and made great contributions for China’s highway construction.

JRM’s Technology R&D Center also gets rapid development. It has become the Provincial Technology Center of Jilin Province in 2009 and it has submitted the application for national technology center. There are over 60 researchers in the Center. And it consists of the mechanical design institute and the automatic control research institute. It has a research team of multidisciplinary, including 20 with senior professional title, 32 with medium-grade professional title, one with doctor’s degree and 5 with master’s degree, and all the research staff have bachelor’s degree or above. The Center has made wide technical exchange and cooperation with universities and research institutes both at home and abroad, including Jilin University and Chang’an University.

JRM has provided great support for the technology center. Covering an area of 750m², the Center has various high-end scientific research instruments, such as 25 sets of HP workstation, 2 sets of Dell server, 20 sets of Dell laptop, and 2 sets of large Canon plotting device.
