Main Features 
● The on-site recycling asphalt mixing plant can be matched with LB1000~LB3000 recycling asphalt mixing plant with the capacity of 80t/h~240t/h. And the proportion of old asphalt materials can be 30%~50%.
● It can be seamlessly connected with the recycling asphalt mixing plant, featuring high measuring precision and coordinative  control, which ensures the high quality of the regenerated materials. It reuses the exhaust gas and reduces energy.
Recycling process
● Loading the 1st cold aggregate, loading the 2nd cold aggregate, loading the 3rd cold aggregate, loading the 4th cold aggregate.
● Aggregate heating and drying, lifting the hot aggregate, screening the hot aggregate.
● 1# hot material hopper, 2# hot material bin, 3# hot material bin, 4# hot material bin.
● Measuring the new asphalt, measuring the 4 kinds of hot aggregate, measuring the new mineral powder.
● Loading the 1st kind of old materials, and loading the 2nd kind of old materials.
● Lifting the old cold materials, preheating the old materials, hot old materials storage tank, measuring the old hot materials.
